Acute pancreatitis is a disease resulting in destruction of the pancreas of the activated pancreatic enzymes. This leads to degeneration and destruction of the pancreas. 
The most common complaints: Acute and sudden pain with a dangerous character that radiate into the waist

Laboratory researches:Lipase and amylase are increased in the serum and in the urine increases amylase.
Diagnostic:
  • Ultrasound of abdomen
  • Computed tomography
  • Laparoscopy
TREATMENT
Conservative:
  • Diet 0- not received any food and water
  • H2 blockers, PPI
  • Water-salt solutions
  • Painkillers
  • Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory
  • broad-spectrum antibiotics
  • laparocentesis
Surgical treatment:
  • pancreaticdebridement
  • Draining a bursa omentalis
  • Partial or total pancreatectomy
