Acute pancreatitis is a disease resulting in destruction of the pancreas of the activated pancreatic enzymes. This leads to degeneration and destruction of the pancreas.

Laboratory researches:Lipase and amylase are increased in the serum and in the urine increases amylase.

TREATMENT
Conservative:
- Diet 0- not received any food and water
- H2 blockers, PPI
- Water-salt solutions
- Painkillers
- Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory
- broad-spectrum antibiotics
- laparocentesis
Surgical treatment:
